Disney's My Son Pinocchio
Produced by Mercury Theatre Company summer of 2018.
The director's concept for this show reversed audience expectations, placing Pinocchio as a child in a world where almost all adults are puppets. The ensemble also wore body suits hand-painted to look like wood as a base to all of their costumes, distancing him further from the world around him.
Galleries show the concept art for the various characters, along with production photos of their execution. Certain design elements has to be cut from the final version, due to an unexpected shortage of volunteer manpower during this production.
